Refund policy
We have a 60-day refund policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a full refund.
Simply put: if our products do not help you, we want you to spend your money on something that will. We recognize not everyone will benefit from dietary supplements; however, we offer a 60 day risk-free trial (i.e., 60 day refund policy) so you can try them and see if they work for you. Always discuss your dietary supplements with your medical professional.
IMPORTANT: we are required by U.S. regulation as part of our ongoing Quality Assurance initiatives to gather data related to refunds so you may be requested to answer a few brief questions as part of our refund procedures; however, your ability or willingness to answer Quality Improvement-related questions will not affect your refund.
In order to limit shipping burden and to maintain product inventory integrity, we do not accept any returns. Please dispose of or reissue your unexpired, unused product properly and/or recycle the packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, adulterated, tampered, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not consume any dietary supplements that are missing the outer seal, shrink band, tamper evidence, or other security control/measure. If you have any questions about product integrity, please contact us immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Digital downloads do not apply to this refund policy. Refunds related to HSA/FSA are managed through your plan's administrator.
European Union 14 day cooling off period (if applicable)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
